And if you ever get the chance to have Ben helping you pick out the perfect lenses for you, you are in for a treat! It’s been about a month since I went to get my glasses and when I saw him, we picked up right where we left off! We caught up on anything and everything we talked about in my first visit and he remembered everything little thing. It’s not every day you get customer service like that, next time I stop by the mall, I may just stop by to say hi!!

The front desk staff were courteous and professional, but unfortunately my experience with the doctor was deeply disappointing. I was informed that there was nothing they could do for my vision needs, and I was offered a non‑prescription option instead. The doctor appeared visibly frustrated, which left me feeling uncomfortable, even though the situation was beyond my control. Despite being told they could not assist me, I was still charged $49 and given an inaccurate prescription with zero lenses. I was also informed that the charge was required, even though no meaningful service was provided. Additionally, my insurance was used despite the fact that they were unable to help me at all. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.
