  I found that this is a privately owed GNC (from another GNC that I called) so they don’t have to follow all corporate rules. I came in today and bought 2 cases of lean shakes which online and corporate locations it’s bogo 1/2 off (I called a few places to find out). I was rang up as full price for both. Here’s the reason why I gave 2 stars. I asked about the bogo 1/2 off and was told that it was done away with a long time ago. I informed him that I got that deal last week in Tyler. He then looked at my previous purchase on his computer and matched it. It maybe true for the privately owned GNC that it was done away with but I look at it that I was lied to even if it’s a half truth, it’s still a lie. I won’t return there. He didn’t offer to me any reason why he told me what he did. Unsure if this was the owner, manager or clerk, but be aware that they don’t have to follow the same corporate rules.

  They do not honor their return policy. Made a purchase there and found the same item online at another gnc store for half a he price. Attempted to return this product unopened with receipt and they wouldn’t do it.

  GNC says they have a 30 day return or exchange policy. Wouldn’t exchange my product that don’t work. Says they can’t because of covid. Come on now. Everywhere else does returns. GNC will have a law suit against them.
