- SWsara whittJan 11, 20265.0I had called up there Saturday to ask a question about some prescriptions when the sweetest woman, named Brooke, picked up the phone.. she was so fun to talk to, very well organized, and was able to explain some of the things to me in a way i could better understand. her customer service was above and beyond and her voice was pure joy!! i could tell when she talks, she talks with a smile on her face. 10/10, 5 stars, for you, Brooke girl! i recommend her to anyone who ever needs any help. she’s awesome!

- LBLeonard BurkhalterOct 26, 20251.0I called this morning on the 27th and talk to a very pleasant woman about 2 scripts that had not been sent over yet. So after I got it squared away with hospitality it was sent. I called back to Albertsons pharmacy and a man with an accent was very rude on his response and didn't want to take my insurance info and said it wouldn't take long when I came in to change it and then just hung up. I wasn't even finished talking. Very rude and no customer etiquette at all. This is why Albertsons is not my home pharmacy.
