  I highly recommend 1st Choice Pediatrics. My son was a patient of Genie's from 6 months to 16 years of age. We are so grateful to have had such a lengthy patient relationship with such a skilled and caring provider.

  We have been using 1st Choice for over 17 years. Staff has always been friendly and willing to listen. Providers are top notch with their knowledge and we have never felt like just an another number to them. Would highly recommend anyone to see them.

  This clinic has no concerns or cares to help you or your children whatsoever. Don’t ever expect them to do what they say on the phone, you will get there in person and it will be something completely different. Your sick child will never be seen, they don’t even seem to care about what’s going on. Dr. McCrory is amazing but her staff is the WORST, it’s such a shame to see them go downhill

  So instead of them calling the insurance company to get any further information they need or letting a comprehensive concierge team through healthjoy assist with any question they decide to tell me I have to pay out of pocket. When I call to see what the issue is I get told and I quote. "I don't care call tomorrow". I see other 1 star reviews already on here and it completely makes sense now. Unprofessional, and honestly laziness. Needless to say in a market as saturated as pediatric services. I won't be back to this place.
