- MPMichelle PutmanFeb 15, 20191.0I went here Tuesday night to pick up a prescription. I had worked an 11 hour days and was exhausted. Turned into the parking lot from the main road and the small dirveway for the pharmacy was filled up with three cars. So, I turned into the parking lot and pulled up so I was facing the driveway but back behind the main entrance road in front of the store. I was basically in the parking lot in front of three parked cars. I turned on my hazards and sat. 15 minutes later an HEB employee came and knocked on my window and informed me that I was blocking traffic. There was not a single car that needed to get out or around me. I told her I was waiting to get my prescription and had been waiting for 15 minutes and was not losing my spot. Then, a guy in a car comes up and pulls behind the three cars in the driveway and was blocking the incoming traffic from the main road. I was so upset and got out of my car and knocked on his window and politely told him I was waiting in line for 15 minutes and I was before him. He basically told me to go screw myself and didn't move. So I went back to my car and sat for another 15 minutes before I got to the window. I was so tired and upset. 30 minutes to wait for a prescription is ridiculous. I asked the lady what was the holdup and she told me that they had been waiting on insurance to clear for the guy in the first car. They should have had that guy go inside and not sit there for 30 minutes holding up the rest of the line. I go to the HEB Pharmacy all the time because it's the only one here in Lockhart that has my prescription for a low price. So, I'm stuck with them. They definitely needs to get a new H-E-B here in Lockhart with all the growth that we've been having. It's time for an upgrade. Hopefully soon. Not a happy customer.
