  I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics. The staff was professional, efficient, and very courteous from check-in to the blood draw. The process was quick, and I appreciated how clean and organized the facility was. The phlebotomist was gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Results were delivered promptly as well. Highly recommend for anyone needing lab work done!

  Been coming here for 1 years and 3 months. I come to this visit and after I leave, I get a phone call from the tech telling I have to come back because quest made a mistake in the lab because the transplant center called me and informed me that they received the lab results but the test to see kidney function they asked me if I could go back and get the test done again. I told the transplant center I refuse because it was not my mistake it was quest. And doubting this because I was charged for this lab when ever I got labs all last year never been charged on a standing order.

  WORST service ever. There is a short guy with black hair he’s super RUDE and he’s an incompetent, I went for blood test and he put the needle in such a painful way, I don’t know if he did it on purpose but it seemed like and plus left my arm bleeding for the next hours, after hours of having the bandit I took it off and this is what I found, a blood clot that still hurts, I got blood tests done before and never had this happened. What a lame service. I’m definitely calling in the morning and asking for his name, never want to be seen by him again.
