  Pedro was amazing. I didn’t have insurance and he was able to help me find a better rate for my test. And he drew blood painlessly! He’s awesome! OK, no problem

  I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND TODAY WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER HAD. MARAGET WAS SO AMAZON, FIRST WAS ABLE TO ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS FOR ME. THEN WHEN IT WAS TIME TO DRAW MY BLOOD... I DID NOT EVEN FEEL A POKE, PINCH, NOTHING...START TO FINISH WAS NO PAIN AT ALL. LOVED IT!!! I WAS TIRED OF BEING HURT BUT TODAY I CAN GO ABOUT MY DAY WITH OUT THE AFTER PAIN. PLUS SIDE OF IT HER ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND AMAZING. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER.

  They only do drug screening on Saturday, but they treat you like your incompetent of making an appointment because you're walking in. The reality is that all the appointments have already been taken up because they only do testing once a week. My employer sent me in with a passport that only worked from the 13th-19th, therefore that Saturday was the only opportunity to get testing done if I was going to do it. I even heard an employee in the other room complaining about all the walk ins. They have more business need than they have appointments available only running 1 day a week.
