Just for context all I was asking for was help on getting a prescription transferred, and the lady on the phone was unwilling to even remotely help, spoke to me like a child, and was very condescending throughout the conversation. Whole call lasted around 2 minutes so I’m so sorry I wasted that valuable time you could have used sitting on your phone ignoring refill orders. I would have been fired had I spoke to a customer that way in any job I’ve had. Ridicules and makes me want to stay far away from this location.
