- TCTx CourtneyJul 10, 20231.0MARIAM is the WORST pharmacist I have ever delt with. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a while. At first it was great. My scripts were filled on time, the staff paid attention, and called if there were any problems. Since I’ve been dealing with Mariam I’ve had issues ever refill. She does not pay attention to the information given to her, I have to explain to her how my insurance works every time I call, and she is EXTREMELY rude, and has told me multiple times she doesn’t “ have time for me” this is her job. She is supposed to “have time” to figure out why prescriptions aren’t getting filled, or why prescriptions sit for multiple days without getting filled. Like today she basically scolded me saying I “just called it in” when I actually called it in yesterday morning at 10AM (for which I have the proof) I asked her if she had the medication then, she said yes, I asked then why have I been waiting for two days for it, and she yells at me about not having time to talk to me. I’ve had to have my doctor call them multiple times to straighten out something simple. I will come to this pharmacy again when she is gone.
