I live on St Croix Virgin Islands and I came to their office over a year ago in Texas while I was in town The quickly gave me an appointment and made sure I had my new Hearing aids before I left town. Since then The ear Minireciever has gone bad, so I called Sharonda and againg she quickly had a replacement ready for my local family to pick it up and mail it to me. I. can't not say enough about her Customer service and the service I have gotten form this Miracle ear Store.

He explained everything thoroughly & answered ALL of our questions , with patience throughout the process. His goal is to help all of his patients with the utmost care , through the hearing journey & he did JUST THAT for me. Lewisville people , this is the PLACE TO GO & the man with the plan.
