  I am PISSED at this pharmacy. I came home to my disabled elderly mother crying.. because some Spanish speaking man refused to deliver the medications she needs to her apartment. And when she begged and pleaded with him in text messages, he verbally harassed her. He then proceeded to lie in the texts, saying he was at the door, and that it was “her fault”. Which we can clearly see in our camera, he was in fact NOT at her door. Not only did you hire someone who can’t even speak English (???) , he was a nasty person. A lot of people getting meds delivered are elderly/ disabled, and he is the last type of person that should be working here.

  Fantastic pharmacy staff. I had an issue with a prescription that had been written incorrectly and they went out of their way to ensure that it was corrected quickly. Thank you!

  Did a transfer rx for $50 deal through the Kroger app, go to pick it up, and ask about the gift card before ringing up, cashier says i dunno anything about that. doesn't even make an attempt to ask someone. I ask should I put in my alt id, will that make it show? sure, maybe theyll mail you the gift card, I knew that wasn't right. I check the app, nothing loaded, asked the pharmacist, Tony, he says you'll have to call the app 1800#, as he stands 10 ft away, doesn't even care to approach or help me, says we don't have anything to do with the digital coupon, only paper. does anyone want to help anyone else anymore? Just go to Sams Pharmacy they're the best! this coupon hassle is not worth changing
