    The people here in this small pharmacy have ALWAYS been super professional, courteous & friendly. Every pharmacist here has been so kind & patient in dealing with any & all questions I may have (which can be a lot - I am, unfortunately, on waaaay too many meds...🙄) I highly recommend them - plus, the fact that u can go pick up groceries while your scrip is being filled is just another bonus! 😅

    I am seriously disappointed with this pharmacy location. Apparently my insurance company denied my Rx claims for the past 5+ months, and United decided to charge me full price instead of telling me this. When I discovered this and made a complaint, the manager said they would refund the difference, but never did. Plus, when I tried to have my prescription moved to a different pharmacy, United refused to cooperate with the transfer request. There is some serious disorganization going on at this location.

    This pharmacy used to be very good BUT NOT ANYMORE! Prescriptions that are sent in directly by the doctor's office in the morning will NOT be filled same day anymore and I had to make it a big issue to even get all of the prescriptions that were called in by the end of the next day, literally they were turning out the lights and trying to close while I was telling them that the one prescription that they hadn't filled yet of 3 was the most important one. Then it took 3 people to come over to see if my insurance was being billed when I complained because the cost was so high. No compassion or courtesy anymore. Also the day the prescription was called in and I went by to check to see if it was ready, the guy that helped me could care less if I needed it or not and the whole time I was in line (forever because he moved soooo slow) and while he was helping me, he very obnoxiously in slow motion chewing gum, smacking with his mouth wide open every time he chewed, very unprofessional and annoying, especially when you could tell he could care less about the customers at all, that day he was very rude to the customer who was in front of me as well. I do believe if this is not addressed and fixed soon to how the pharmacy used to be managed and operated, I will most definitely find a different pharmacy to use.
