Overall it was a average experience. Well maybe less than average considering the skill level of the phlebotomists. The last time the lady pocked through my vein and had to find a different one and this time another lady came out with the needle through my skin and went back in. Like she wanted to sow with that needle. So, she went in, a few millimeters later out, and a millimeter later back in. I saw the needle showing on top of my skin. Really? Other than them, the place is clean, conveniently located, there is almost no wait time when you make an appointment, the kiosk check-in is easy, and the staff is friendly. But please, train your people better. They are ruining my few places where you can actually get blood. Sorry, I'm a hard stick, but that's your job.
They missed tests and I only found out a week later even though she told me she was testing for everything the doctor ordered
Will never go back to Quest again. Went to this location at 8am and checked in. Average of 15 minute blood draw for patient. Staff comes out and tells us it is a delay because another staff member decided not to show up. Finally help arrives. They start getting caught up and are ahead by 10minutes. I am on the stand by list and keep getting ignored. Even though people are checked in for 10:20am and it is 10:00am I am not being called. I left without getting my blood draw. Never have I experienced such slow and terrible service from a lab. Will never go back.

Ask for Parias (and I probably spelled that wrong- so sorry). She was fabulous. I am a hard stick, and she found the good vein the 1st time. She was friendly and professional - great experience!

Parissa & Christopher are both amazing at their jobs. Not only are they super friendly, but they are both highly qualified. I am a very hard draw. They listen and get me on the 1st try which is so nice when you have to do this regularly.
