The staff was very nice, although it was just my yearly check up it was a nice experience. I also would like to thank my doctor for information of the contact lenses that I had been using for years and explains to me in detail that the contact lenses that i used currently weren’t in stock at there place as contact companies will come out with new version of contact but of the same brand, which I did not know.

This is the amazing optometry office you want to visit. It's right next to Menchies and HEB in Leander. The care, concern, thoroughness and professionalism of the staff (Summer), the updated and hitech equipment used, the cleanliness of the facility and the totally awesome service received from Dr. Nguyen, C. was above reproach. If you need eye wear or exams they have you covered. Thank you all for showing all others what TRUE service feels like. Great job!

Waste is time and money. The glasses they made were really bad and got me eye burning sensations. The lens axis was off. Even after paying heavy money I got bad vision. Totally unsatisfactory.

Pearle Vision/Austin Eye Professionals:
I really enjoyed Dr. Chaudhry and the staff was pleasant, however the office's lack of communication is why I will not be returning. They barely answer their phones, and when you leave a voicemail they never ever call back. I was to be referred to an eye specialist, after my initial appointment, but wasn't actually referred until months later after calling several times. Recently I had a reminder on my calendar and email for my 2026 appointment, but the website says you have to call to cancel. I called, again no answer and left a voicemail. I never received acknowledgement of my cancelation, but instead got an automated email days later about my missed appointment that I need to reschedule. It is just all very inconvenient and unfortunate as I really liked the doctor.
I will say they have a small, limited selection of glasses choices, but the office is only so big- so I get it.
I hope the office will work on their patient communication.
