- MPMegan PazSep 16, 20251.0Never thought I would post this, called in this morning for a prescription, was told it would be ready at 4pm. Waiting in line for 45 minutes arriving at 5. Was told it was not ready would have to come back tomorrow. Also being hearing impaired those little speakers were very hard to hear and there was no alternate way to communicate with the girl in the counter. Every HEB I’ve been to, I’ve always had great service and very accommodating EXCEPT this one. I hope they are better in the future ! Not sure if I’ll come back here …
