  I had an appointment at this location today at 4;05 pm unfortunately because of work and going across town because the procedure I needed could only be done there I was approximately 10-15 minutes late. On top of that I was considerate enough to call at 330pm to let them know that. She mentioned she would pass the note along. They decided to not see me and did not have the decency to call me or text me to let me know I was wasting my time in going. Let me also mention also what made me a little late was the fact I had to Uber there because I was being cautious due to the fact that I didn't know what the condition of my eyes would be after the procedure. So I spent a total of $50 for my Uber rides. Very unfortunate on their part. Should've had the decency to contact me.

  Dr. JATLA ROCKS! I have been seeing Dr. Jatla for several years now and she has taken wonderful care of my eyes and me. She has got my eyes going the right way from the beginning. I am certain that staff and patients really do enjoy working with her. She is always moving forward in her field and ahead of the others with her care. James

  Awesome place with wonderful staff and Dr Jatla is great. She answers all questions and has great service .

  Went here on Thursday afternoon for the first time. I have swelling under my right eye, not knowing much about eyes I was here to check things out.waiting one hour and fifty five minutes I finally saw a doctor five minutes and I was done. She said she was sending a prescription to my pharmacy, three days later still not called in. But you can be sure they got their co pay before I left I won’t be back
