  This place is amazing! I’ve done the Red Light Therapy bed, GentleGlo body sculpting, Vibe Plate and the Infrared Sauna. They have some great introductory offers. Red light spa type places are popping up all over but I don’t mind driving 20 minutes from home to go to Redsol; it’s clean, smells amazing and the owner & staff are super friendly;-)

  The red light therapy was a wonderful experience. It felt soothing on my skin, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the benefits. That said, the highlight of my visit was Delia. Her kindness and genuine compassion for what I’m going through right now meant more than I can express. She truly made the experience exceptional. ✨

  Ran into Josh at the Seabrook Lucky Trails races this weekend and after hurting my calf during the run he suggested a swing by the Redsol facility to get the full healing benefit of the red light beds and dry sauna. Red light bed was extremely comforting, both physically and mentally. I actually fell asleep. Dry sauna was a perfect combination with the red light therapy. The facility is clean, well managed, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Redsol has a variety of different options and great membership programs. It also has a fantastic vibe and energy. Delia was a breath of fresh air. Very informed and knowledgeable of the service offerings and science behind them. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely makes you feel comfortable. Whether you are an avid athlete or simply want to explore wellness. I highly recommend. Not to mention this is a 1 of 1 spot. Come out and support a local business that sees your well-being as their first priority. Keep it up Redsol! You have a good thing going.
