Used them for several years. Shortest time to refill prescription: 3 days Longest time to refill: over a month When I ran out of medication while waiting for refill, I complained to manager. Response, a shoulder shrug and walked away from me. Turned off auto-refill 3 times. Each time it magically turned back on. Moved my business to another pharmacy. Now longest refill has been 24 hours. Shortest 4 hours.

We use Kroger for our 100 year old mom's Rx's under Medicare Advantage. So far no problems at all. Great service on the phone or at the counter. Very helpful! Her Rx's are standard medications, generic, most used meds in the world, and no copay. Except for one product, "metrogel". The manufacturer and the middlemen have driven the price and the copay to heights which are a ~total scam.~ The Kroger pharm staff helped us cut the cost way way down for her by using coupons and an Rx service. This has been very helpful to us. If you are faced with a crooked drug price from the manufacturer/middlemen, be sure to talk to the pharmacists about any way they may have to help you reduce the price.

I was told by CVS my medication was $650. I called this pharmacy and they told me $200... when I was picking it up the lady asked if I checked GoodRX? I told her that I've never heard of the place.. she checked for me and saved another $50.. I saved $500 that day... THANK YOU....

My prescription was sent in 6 hours prior and it still wasn’t ready!! It can be over an hour since it was sent in and my prescriptions are NEVER ready when I attempt to pick them up. I could care less if it was for me, but when it’s for my small, sick children then it becomes a problem for me. Employees are rude, and management is less than helpful. It’s almost worth driving across town to South Shore since I never had a problem with my prescriptions being ready on time there. This pharmacy is seriously the worst. Avoid it!!

Kroger has those poor pharmacy employees working to the bone! The employees are so overworked it is ridiculous! Never seen a pharmacy that busy with such small staff. Not impressed with management, they need to step up and hire more people (at least double what they have) and have their employees backs! Treat your people better Kroger, they work hard for you.
