They always have the prescriptions I need and I never have to wait on them. Carla checked me out this last time I went and she was so sweet and helpful. I am so glad I switched
- BPBria PeltierAug 19, 20251.0Paul was horrendous to work with. I am now transferring all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I have been using this pharmacy for 5 years, but not anymore. His sarcasm was not professional and the lack of customer service was appalling. I am deeply disappointed in HEB. When addressing this with the pharmacist she stated she was there and did not hear that. The lack of accountability within management team is horrific as well. This behavior is unacceptable and made me switch pharmacies.

You have to call and ask them to actually fill the prescription the doctor sent over if you want it before 7 days out. And even then, they're probably going to tell you it'll be ready in 20 minutes after you've waited in line for an hour (not exaggerating.) The phone has been giving a busy signal lately for hours. We're gunna switch soon. This is getting to be the new normal and that's not ok.
