  I am brand new to red therapy. I feel like it does have a positive impact on my arthritis. In addition, the staff here is fantastic. They are so helpful and kind. The scheduling is a breeze and there’s always openings. I really enjoy going to the red light treatments every day.

  The facility is super clean and the atmosphere is great. Owners/staff are helpful and kind. The red light therapy has been amazing. I have been working out and generally would be very sore. Using the red light therapy daily has helped my recovery and I have not been sore at all. I have also had more energy. There are so many benefits from red light therapy. I would highly recommend a membership for your health!

  I used the red light bed after dealing with muscle tightness & tension in several areas of my body, along with some inflammation. I left feeling amazing. I had increased endurance in the gym that week and just felt overall lighter in my body. Looking forward to using them regularly in the future
