The customer service from both of these Pharmacist is second to none. I am greatly impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and how helpful they are. They always go above and beyond to assist, and also take the time to answer questions. In addition, they provide excellent advice when asked and are friendly and committed to customer satisfaction. I am thankful to have Brian and Ben at my pharmacy. I highly recommend both for recognition, as they deserve to be awarded for their awesome service!

When I called to ask about how to get the phone calls to stop, the tech Janae had an immediate attitude. She talked over me and rudely insisted that I would continue to receive phone calls until I picked them up. (She later back tracked and said that I could set preferences in the ap)p. When I said that I didn't like the way she was speaking to me, I was transferred to Brian, a pharmacy manager who continued to talk down to me. When I asked if the conversation was being recorded, he hung up on me. Very disappointed. Hopefully somebody with stake in this location can take a closer look at what's going on over here.
