The customer service from both of these Pharmacist is second to none. I am greatly impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and how helpful they are. They always go above and beyond to assist, and also take the time to answer questions. In addition, they provide excellent advice when asked and are friendly and committed to customer satisfaction. I am thankful to have Brian and Ben at my pharmacy. I highly recommend both for recognition, as they deserve to be awarded for their awesome service!

The customer service clerk, was apparently not eager to provide me with any help, very unprofessional. Management even worse. The manager on duty was more preoccupied with the conference call she was about to have, than addressing the lack of unprofessionalism I was approached with. Worse service ever. And, Randalls use to be one of the best names in Grocery industry.
