  I have worked with Miracle-Ear for two years and they have been great to work with! I just received my new hearing aid and I love it. I like that they schedule out hearing aid cleaning. It is really helpful keeping up with the maintenance.

  I have been with this Miracle Ear location since my first Miracle Ear hearing aids 9 years ago. When me and my wife visited it was a little different to us. I had been using OTC hearing aids like Bionic Man or something like that and when we saw the cost of Miracle Ear hearing aids we weren't sure they would be that much different then the Bionic ones for the cost. They let me have try them for a week and wow, for the first time I heard the birds chirp at the golf course and my wife said I quit saying "uh". Since that time 9 years ago we have done an upgrade every 3 to 4 years. Are they Cheap? No, but my quality of life hearing things I was missing, in church, in the car, even at a night out with my wife. So when this years update time came, well being retired and on a fixed income we were a little scared of the cost, but Mikki was great in showing us the updated benifits and she let me try them for a week. At first I didn't think I needed the updated ones, but at 76 yrs. old it was nice not to have to hold the phone to my ear, but talk through the hearing aids. In addition, I could set them up for different places we would go, like restaurants I could block out the background noise and my wife and I could have a conversation. Mikki and her Team are so great and I think some people who write bad reviews might not see the whole picture. I can tell you that the Team at League City is 2nd to none and please read all the reviews. Without Mikki and her Team I would still have my Bionic ears and missing so much in my retirement years.

  Mikki and her staff are the most incredible, outstanding group of people you could ever entrust your family with. My mom bought hearing aids here a few years ago and they go above and beyond for her. Anytime she needs anything, they are always so helpful. If her hearing aid is broken, they always do their best to fix it in the office. I have never had any complaints. Thank you, Mikki, Angela and Michael! You guys are the greatest!!
