I often feel that these people are not up to the job, they seem unaware of exactly what they should be doing. Are they not trained well ? They are difficult to find as they seem to hide behind the high shelf installed in the pharmacy. I dont like giving negative postings and i hope this one will be help to the pharmacy to improve.

Don't go to this Kroger pharmacy. The pharmacist is an absolute weirdo. He refused to fill my prescription because it was a couple days early. Didn't care that I was leaving town for a funeral, didn't care that my doctor gave the OK didn't care that my insurance gave me a waiver to get the medicine early, he still refused to fill my prescription. I would give zero stars if I could. Completely unethical to overrule my doctor and decide whether or not I get my medication.. I hope he gets fired soon Also couldn't help but notice there are only 5 star and 1 star reviews for this place. You can be assured that the good reviews are from family and friends if the pharmacy employees.

The young lady with the tattoo on her neck has no customer service about her at all. Been there several times and had her "help" me, she has been rude with no personality at all. Needs a class in customer service.
