I called to ask if someone wouldn't mind staying 5 minutes past 8pm so I could pick up my prescription as we were around the corner, and she told me "I mean, you could come but I cant promise anyone will be here. And the drive through WILL close at 8pm, so you'll have to walk inside." That seems counterproductive considering the drive through is fast, but I said yes ma'am I understand, that's the reason I'm calling to make sure someone is willing to stay and will be there, so that it isn't a gamble and we're not wasting gas. She kept scoffing/laughing and said "you can try but I cant promise you" and finally "No, no one will be here. No one is gonna stay". I would've preferred a "Sorry, unfortunately no ma'am we cannot stay" over the mock laughing and attitude. I work late and tried a reasonable time frame of five single minutes. I'm really disappointed in the disrespectful tone. That could have been handled more professionally.

And just about all the time the groceries I need are stocked. Thank you, Heb. And thank you all employees, especially the pharmacist and the pharmacist helpers.

They offered to call other HEBs to find a pharmacy that had the medication available! They did find a location with the meds I needed and called me back with the location and passed along the prescription info. I drove to that HEB and picked it right up! I was so sick and I appreciated them doing that for me so very much!!♥️
