  (Edited review) The staff here are largely great, but in a recent visit Dr. Zamora lost my good faith. I have autism and can be overwhelmed in one-on-one discussions very easily. I had self-diagnosed with something and asked for help. Instead of telling me in one sentence his stance on self-diagnosis, he took 5-10 minutes straight *lecturing* me. I went nonverbal and almost cried. I kept telling Dr. Zamora that he's scaring me and making me uncomfortable, which he ignored and continued. At the end of the session, I told him I have autism and rejection sensitivity, to which he said "no, you didn't bother me", as if he thought *I* was apologizing to *him*. I was overwhelmed and hurt this last visit. Neurotypicals don't understand neurodivergents. They assume that saying the right words makes it okay to talk condescendingly and spitefully. I'd love to be transferred to another doctor at this practice besides Dr. Zamora.

  Use to be great, now they're just running a con game scamming patients for "unpaid insurance benefits." They'll hold back approving life critical medication refills like blood pressure medication, claiming balances are due from years past that are not owed and were paid by insurance company.

  Not even sure they have a real doctor there. They dropped me as a patient because I didn't appreciate how rudely I was treated by the person who was supposed to draw blood for labs. Avoid this place at all costs!

  I recently moved to the area and needed a new PCP. I spoke to a colleague and he uses Dr. Z for his kids for the past 5 years. Skeptical I went to see how he was. I got there early to do paperwork and was taken in before my appointment time. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The doctor was friendly as well. I had no issues in and out in no time without any issues. I was very pleased going there and will be back in the future.
