    I had a positive experience in the past and was referred by my insurance so I returned but today a front desk person named Francys was more interested in stereotyping me and insulting me adamant that my private insurance was Medicaid. I clarified 3 times that it was not Medicaid. I couldn’t get her to comprehend that I have insurance and she was so surly and rude I just left.
