  Dr. rushes the patient visits, spending less than three minutes in the room during my appointments. There was very little time for discussion or to fully address my concerns. In both of my visits, I tried to really express my concerns about my skin, and she would interrupt and quickly just prescribe soemthing. I’ve been here twice and unfortunately had the same experience each time. I was hoping for more attentive care, so this has been very disappointing. Skin conditions were not helped.

  The billing department is the worse I’ve seen. Been fighting with them for over a month and they are refusing to give me a refund that I had overpaid for. They even keeping charging me, the worst and slowest billing I’ve ever encountered. Has deterred me from staying at this practice

  Got there a little early, got me right in. Had a few questions that were answered by Dr Au before the procedure. The aide was very sweet and checked on me through the procedure to make sure I was okay. Highly recommend Dr Au and Advanced Dermatology.

  I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Dermatology. I personally saw Kendra McCartney, and she did a fabulous job. She was very professional, thorough, and took the time to carefully look at several of my skin tags and moles, answering all of my questions with patience and care. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of during my visit. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality dermatological care.

  I went to the league city office. It’s very nice, clean, and welcoming. My only complaint is that not everything can be done at that visit. I wanted at least one of the spots taken care of now, but I can’t. I was hoping I could have at least had the skin scan done, But I couldn’t. I have to come back for every little thing. That’s a lot of appointments and More money.
