    I called with a question and the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She laughed on the phone and didn't take my question seriously. The old receptionist made the experience very uncomfortable

    The office environment was very clean. The staff were cautious, respectful and professional. The equipments were very clean. The surgeon seemed to have a calm personality. He gave me different options that my particular case can be handled. Yes will do repeat business with them.
