- JVJrcas vl6 days ago1.0I went on January 2 at 1:28pm the girl who poked my finger did not check my arms and when she was asked if she checked she had said yes, and quickly acted like she was checking them since she was getting supervised. I told them about my bruises and they sent me to Physical Check. I told derek about my bruises he saw that them and said I was good to go for my right arm. I was poked in my arm for absolutely nothing I didn’t receive any payment at all for an error that I didn’t do. My right arm is just cramping and I’m in pain I can’t extend it properly.

Making you feel welcomed and comfortable the moment you walk in and in case anything they're always there to answer questions and help

From the Reception Staff (5 stars) to the Phlebologists (5 stars), also the Nursing and Office Staff, they are all truly wonderful. Not every donation is going to go smoothly, you can expect a "hiccup" on occasion. I have had questions, non specific, and have been answered quickly and respectfully. My experience in total has been wonderful.

It’s so annoying we have to wait a huge line sometimes and they just pass them ahead of you like if you don’t get less for the donation already and you haven’t been waiting for a long time. They bring loads of trucks of people and I’m pretty sure that there’s people that just got out of work and are tired and it’s very irritable that you’re up next and a new donors get in front of you. I really hope they change this.
