They are so unorganized. I came because my prescription was ready and if waiting long enough was bad, the fact that they had to search through several bins to find my medicine was ridiculous. What’s the point of having everything in alphabetical order if they’re not going to put your medicine where it belongs. Another thing they do that I feel they shouldn’t is allow people to pay for groceries in the pharmacy line. That’s what a grocery line is for. I don’t care if it’s only 5 or 6 items. That’s why there is express lanes open. And you can politely redirect your customer to them. You’re just adding to the wait time of everyone else by having to process a second transaction.
