- LFlorena floresOct 26, 20231.0The pharmacy at HEB Plus is very unprofessional. I had received a call from their automated system telling me that my medicine was ready for pickup, so I decided to call and pre-pay. I spoke to the pharmacist, who told me that not all my medication was ready and to give him 20 minutes to get it ready. So I called back 20 minutes later, and he said he didn't have one of the medications on hand and that he had explained this to me over the phone. This is why I constantly record phone calls for these types of liars. I told him I had recorded the phone call, and he began backpedaling. Then he told me he could fill the rest of my prescription and send the other medication to another pharmacy. Mind you, it closes at 8 pm, and it's 7:20 pm. Then he asked me if I was close by, and I told him yes. he said to go ahead and drive up, but it would take him a few minutes to get the flavor for the other medications. I told him okay. So I drive up, and the lady in the window asks me how she can help me, and I tell her that I'm there to pick up my medication. She then asked me if I pre-paid, and I said yes. She then told me very rudely that next time, I should call them and advise them I'm on my way. I told her I did that I had just spoken to the pharmacist. Hopefully, this review helps some of you to make a wise decision and stay away from this pharmacy.
