He thoroughly explained how and when to take magnesium, vitamin D and K2 better than my doctor did. He also gave me free samples of a brand called Flow that are healthy and delicious. I had already bought the Flow creatine and collagen combo and now bought the protein and greens powder. I highly recommend asking for these products.
