  First , when you call the number that they provide on their website calls a call center , not the actual location so I didn't even know that I wasn't speaking with a employee. I was never told there was a 10 minute grace period and unfortunately, I was 15 minutes late due to a Uber ride and because the weather was pretty bad yesterday. When I arrived, they told me that they could not see me.Because I was fifteen minutes late even though they knew that I had no knowledge of the ten minute grace period. They also knew that I called and was talking to a call center and not the actual location but they acted like it was my fault and had bad attitudes with me. Just based on the one badly experience i've had I know that I do not want them to do anything in my mouth period so I will never be back and I don't recommend you coming either!!!

  I really don’t know where to start, but I spent over 56 months going back-and-forth to the small workshop here in Forney and they were making a upper partial for me because one of the other locations had made a partial for me that actually causes issues in my mouth so I was directed to go to this location and they would be able to assist me so number one that took them forever to actually deliver the partial from the time I initially went and got the measurements and all of that so after they finally delivered departure earlier this year it broke so they did all the necessary preparations to repair it. I brought it back to them again. I was with it without it for over a month and they finally deliver again and this time when they deliver, they had me sign some documents saying that that was it and I think this has been I maybe had it a couple months. I don’t even know when I actually but it’s this is March. It’s almost April so it has not been that long. Well it’s broke again today and I wasn’t even eating anything hard but they had me to sign some damn document telling me that that was it so don’t ever go to smile workshop for me don’t have anything to do with Ideal dental any of their offices their locations because they do not secure they do not back up their work

  My daughter sent me here and she wasn't wrong. From the moment I walked in leslye the lead assistant helped me so I wouldn't be waiting and she got me back in my room set me up with my calming music a pillow and just overall calmed me down. She was definitely the sweetest helper me understand my treatment walked me through every step of this new journey to my new beginning. Thank you so much leslye because of you I will be starting a new life here.

  I had my first visit at My Affordable Dentist, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel comfortable right away, which really helped ease my nerves. Jazmin took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was well taken care of throughout the visit. As someone who usually dreads going to the dentist, I can honestly say this office goes above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I can’t recommend them enough!

  I had an amazing experience at Affordable Dentist! Leslye was my dental assistant today . From the moment I walked in greeted by the office manger Danielle . All in althe staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. The office was clean, organized, and ran right on time, which I really appreciated. The dentist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood my treatment options without feeling rushed or pressured. They were gentle, attentive, and truly cared about my comfort throughout the visit. If you’re looking for quality dental care at a great price, I highly recommend Affordable Dentist in Lancaster.
