The owner, Jen, was incredibly kind, professional, and very knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the session. I left feeling like I could breathe immediately, which was a big improvement and goal. I felt very relaxed after and definitely noticed a difference overall in my body. Highly recommend!
