Y’all need to hire PEOPLE to answer the phone instead of a robot. Scheduled an appointment an d drive to the location for nothing because they only do the test I needed at certain times. A PERSON could’ve told me that.
Rude staff, lazy, chatting and not attending to customers and don’t know the tests they have available that have been ordered. Will not return and definitely go to Labcorp next time. The black lady with cat glasses is condescending and hateful to children.

They don't do walk in drug screening. Was told by staff this information. Don't come here without an appointment for a drug screening.

Made an appointment after reading appointments were encouraged, however I was close by the location so stopped in. Walk in after walk in went ahead of me because I had an appointment. 2 hours of waiting when I finally complained the technician who administered my pre employment drug screen was extremely rude. Not helpful on any questions. Horrible customer service skills. I guess cause after 2 hours I was annoyed,, appointments sooner then myself are one thing and understandable but I should have gone before those walk ins.. even a lady with a later appointment time walks in and says something to a tech when she opened the door so they take her right back. She was there 10 mins tops 😡 Horrible experience and a day I won't get back wasted. Go elsewhere or do walk in and go around noon because you will jump ahead of people with appointments who show up early

Place was very busy, but ran like a well-oiled machine. Jennifer was the ultimate professional, very kind and excellent at her craft. I don’t know if having a regular phlebotomist is a thing, but she’d be my choice.
