I am at the store now at 2:30 pm and a 30 minute drive. They don’t have the whole order and I must wait an hour to get 1/3 of my refill.
- MBMonya BerryJul 19, 20221.0Heb pharmacy has made 3 very bad mistakes on my medications. 1 quite a few months ago and it was an as-needed medication that was refillable and the medication they gave me expired 30 days after I picked it made a complaint online no resolution except my insurance company wouldn't pay for more then yesterday I picked up all my meds bc I'm going out of town and after I picked them up I went to Houston and the medications stayed in the trucknin the bag until approx 9 hrs later in 106 degree weather I brought them in my house late to find out that there was a medication that needed to be refrigerated and I was unaware in which the pharmacist never e r counseled I was even asked then I was hung up on today by the pharmacy
