I have a 14yo son with the same insurance and now they say he doesn't have insurance telling me the number doesn't work. I used the card less then a month ago to get his other perceptions. So what if it was 615 at night you close at 8. You need to be fired before you killed someone because you can't be bothered to do your job!

You're either waiting forever, or dealing with rude employees that do not respect your time and have no concern for urgency. I try to avoid this location and go to floresville. I've never had a problem there.
