If you like calling 15 times to get hung up on before anybody even speaks to you, (Literally dropped the call before they even say hello.) and then everybody acting completely indifferent and acting like they don’t know what’s going on, then this is the place for you. Save yourself the time and energy and just go to Floresville.

I called tonight about a prescription sent in by my doctor and the girl goes "oh, it's not ready because you never called to tell us to fill the prescription, sir" and my response was "oh, I didn’t know I needed to call you, thought my doctor sending in the prescription last week should have been what was needed to fill it, but you're saying I was supposed to call you to tell you to fill it in addition to that? That wasn't automatic by my prescription just being sent in?"... "Uh, no, not for THIS prescription, you needed to call us to fill it"... ma'am, I don't work at your pharmacy and just had this one transferred here, so NO, DIDN'T know I needed to call you in addition to the prescription being sent in. Not a pharmacist nor do I work in a pharmacy so don't know the rule for all the prescriptions types... ridiculous. This isn't the only encounter like this, several of these techs have attitudes that could fill the Alamodome...
