Cindy , Zuemmy and Mia The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, which immediately puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. Deborah A. Thomas is highly skilled and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure you understand your eye health and any necessary treatments. The waiting area is comfortable and inviting, it's a calm atmosphere which I appreciate. Thanks to all of you for your services. I really enjoy my eye visit. I highly suggest La Grange Vision Center for your vision needs.
- TMT MGDec 1, 20251.0NEVER had an issue with this place until today. woman who answered the phone gave me attitude right away. instead of “hello” i was told to “hold on”.. i simply asked for help getting my prescription, for a backup pair of glasses. she snapped at me saying my prescription was expired and asked what i wanted her to do, i asked her if she could give it to me anyways, and she asked me what for. she then cut me off before i could answer.. telling me when my next appointment was.. when i explained why i needed the prescription she gave me more attitude telling me she would email it when she had time at the end of the day. i called back explaining i needed it sooner than the end of the day and she snapped at me AGAIN! telling me she was busy and was in charge of billing and had more important things to do.. so telling me my prescription or emailing it (apart of your job) doesn’t fit into your schedule? why are you working there? i’m the customer, i’m not supposed to wait on your timing. last i checked it was the other way around?
- ACAaron ClemonsNov 25, 20255.0Everyone was kind. It was quick. Was able to get my kids seen and myself at once but I honestly wish I could cancel the glasses order. It’s too expensive. I was able to order 6 pairs for under $100 online and I paid $500 to Giddings eye care for only 3. Glasses aren’t affordable through doctors offices. It’s not Giddings eyecare. It’s all eye care. It’s cheaper to not use insurance and buy them online. The quality is just as good. I wasted a ton of Christmas money. Again this is not a Giddings eye care issue it’s a whole. Doesn’t matter what business you go to the price will be high. The insurance also said I don’t pay for poly and they charged me for poly. 🙁 so i was overcharged. Otherwise Clean, kind establishment that I’m happy is here.
