- DCDavid CherryNov 10, 20251.0I inconvenienced myself by having to go in to receive my scripts while the drive through was closed due to store construction to be a loyal customer. Now, I'm done. Several times a needed script wasn't filled, I accepted that Gilcrease Clinic was closed, but HEB pharmacy didnt let me know, I had to find out myself when I didn't receive a text or call that the script was ready. Now , the script is out so they were going to contact my new Dr, the tech now informed me they don't have any information on the new Dr. that I provided twice already! I'm hoping they'll resolve this, but I can't be a customer when this is an example of their customer service. Maybe a Google review will prompt better customer service, I doubt losing one customer of thousands will. Update. Though I admittedly was unkind to the Pharmacy Tech, nothing was done to correct the situation. Even if upset with me , the customer, I would think she'd prove HEB PHARMACY is better than this, make it right. I received the below canned corporate response. Reached out to their HEB partners? Haven't heard anything myself. So partners, the dog ain't hunting.
