I want to take a moment to give a huge, well-deserved shout-out to Kasia Woods at Club Pilates — because she is honestly one of the most energetic, supportive, and motivating instructors I’ve ever worked with.
From the very first class, Kasia brings an incredible level of energy into the room. Not the overwhelming kind — but the kind that immediately lifts you up, helps you stay present, and reminds you why you showed up for yourself in the first place. Her vibe is positive, focused, encouraging, and genuinely uplifting. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and that energy carries through every single class she teaches.
What really stands out about Kasia is how deeply supportive she is of everyone’s individual fitness goals. She doesn’t treat people like numbers in a class. She actually pays attention. She notices your effort, your progress, and your form — and she encourages you in a way that feels real, not generic. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have been training for a while, she makes you feel seen, capable, and supported exactly where you are.
Kasia is amazing at creating a space that feels motivating without being intimidating. She explains movements clearly, offers helpful cues, and gives modifications when needed — without making anyone feel singled out or behind. That matters so much, especially if you’re working through injuries, building strength back up, or just trying to find your rhythm again.
One of the things I appreciate most about her is how genuinely encouraging she is. She celebrates effort, not just perfection. She reminds you that progress looks different for everyone. And she consistently reinforces the idea that your body is allowed to grow at its own pace. That kind of support makes a huge difference — especially for people who may have struggled in traditional gym environments or felt discouraged in the past.
Her classes are challenging in the best possible way. You walk out feeling stronger, more grounded, and proud of what you accomplished — but you also feel mentally lighter. Kasia has a way of making movement feel empowering instead of punishing. It becomes something you look forward to instead of something you dread.
She is also incredibly professional, organized, and attentive. You can tell she takes her role seriously and truly cares about the quality of the experience she’s giving her clients. Every class feels intentional, well-structured, and thoughtfully put together.
Most of all, Kasia creates an atmosphere that feels supportive, positive, and safe. There’s no judgment. No pressure to perform. Just steady encouragement, great energy, and a sincere desire to help people feel stronger in their bodies and more confident in themselves.
If you’re working toward fitness goals — whether that’s building strength, improving flexibility, supporting your mental health, or simply learning to reconnect with your body — Kasia is exactly the kind of instructor you want guiding you. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and encouragement truly make a difference.
I’m incredibly grateful for the motivation and positivity she brings into every class. Kasia Woods is a huge asset to Club Pilates, and I would wholeheartedly recommend taking her class to anyone who wants to feel supported, challenged, and genuinely encouraged on their fitness journey
