This morning I tried an order contacts for and they said they were unable to so because the prescribing was expired. According to their records someone called 1 time to schedule an eye exam. We have no knowledge of this phone call. I asked to leave a message with 2 doctors, Dr Wade Elisor and Dr Erin Elisor. Don’t know if either of them have gotten the message. She told me I needed to make an appointment and they could give me trial contacts until the appointment day. So a picked a day and she argued with me about the time and day. I said I’m not looking at the schedule, just make her an appointment for that day, which was next Thursday, doesn’t matter who with. She continued to argue with me and I finally have up. I would not recommend them for services. Not user friendly and no customer service.
