  The kiosk makes it easy to sign in for a scheduled appointment. Easy to follow directions and larger print made it a breeze to sign it. Staff kept everyone informed about the process, wait times and how walk-ins would be handled. My phlebotomist was friendly information and quick. She did the blood draw with complete accuracy. One painless stick and I was done. Professional and organized!! Great experience, I highly recommend this Quest location!

  Visit was easy to schedule, check in is quick and staff is efficient and professional. Also, location is good, and results were available very quickly on the online patient portal.

  The woman that drew my blood was very polite and professional. During the needle stick she was very slow and gentle, instead of just jabbing me in the vein like some of the other technicians have done to me in the past, making the procedure almost painless. I commended her for being so gentle and taking her time. My results were available online within 24 yours of my appointment, which is very impressive. I would recommend going to any Quest Diagnostics location. I have been to several different offices, and they all ran very professionally, and they pay close attention to your appointment time and strive to get you in and out on time. The website is very user friendly to navigate, so making an appointment, and looking up your test results is very easy.
