Despite all the negative reviews, my experience here today was great! I had checked in an hour early after I realized I got the wrong appointment time in my calendar. I was okay with waiting as I understand their check in model accommodates patients with appointments first. The crew worked efficiently and still serviced all four patients including myself who all arrived more than an hour early. I was able to even pay my bill at the time of service because the nice lady explained what my charges would be. Excellent communication and customer service!
Do NOT waste your time at this facility, there are many others to choose from. the person who drew my blood (Tara) is rude, mouthy and inconsiderate. Amazing how you can exhibit all these behaviors simply from taking someone’s blood. A simple question I asked her “am i going to have to fill up all 4 vials with blood” her response “would they be in this basket starring at you if you didn’t have to” Tara learn how to treat people, I walked in that facility with a smile, walked out upset with your disgusting attitude.
It's a nice lab, but the wait times can be pretty long if you're a walk in.

I had a horrible experience at Quest Lab. No one could check in; a lot of people were standing around, frustrated. The employee calls everyone "Mama". Very unprofessional.

My experience here was Great , I recommend to make an appointment online . I had a 830am appointment , checked in at 8:15 and they called me as soon as the clock hit 830 .
