- KDKatie Dugan4 days ago5.0The receptionist was extremely warm and kind, brief interaction but a really good one. Tiana and Dr K were both incredible. Tiana was very personable and efficient, the kind of person that just makes the room brighter. Dr K was in quickly and was very kind throughout my visit, she was the most personable optometrist I’ve ever had. The optician, Montse, was very informative and helpful, she truly listened to what I wanted out of my glasses and quickly knew exactly what to do. Everyone involved made this the most efficient and pain free visit. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any visit. When I come back, I hope I can get the same group of incredible women. From the moment I walked in the door I was met with compassion and kindness.

- VSVernee S.Jan 4, 20261.0I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this location. My exam went well. I returned after my exam so i could select my frames and i did. I was told 14 days max this week will make it a month since i selected my frames and no follow up. I’ve continually called and haven’t received any updates. I was finally told my frames were on back order and I would be called Friday when my lenses came in so I could select another frame available in store and have my lenses cut to the new frame. Friday came and went with no update from the team. I have called repeatedly and haven’t received any additional updates on when my lenses and frames are going to be ready. It’s incredibly disappointing that this is how this team has devised to handle business and although i live less than two minutes from this business this unfortunate experience will ensure i never patronize them again.

The woman Who taught me how to put in my contact lenses and how to take them back out (I believe her name is Corie, but I don’t know how she spells it) was kind, and extremely patient. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and very helpful.
