  This location not only has the most amazing staff. Dr Acosta is a very professional and personable.Not only does she ask multiple times to make sue you concerns are addressed. Dr. Acosta takes her time and shows great compassion for the patient. Would highly recommend you to come to this location. Your experience will amaze you.

  Not much wait time to get in even though they are willing to spend the extra time to make sure they have all the tests you need and that everything is understood. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.

  I received such great service from Hayley K. at Vision Source that I just had to leave a review! I stepped on my glasses and they were so mangled that I was afraid that they were damaged beyond repair. Hayley K. thought of swapping out the arms on my back up pair of glasses and was able to make them almost as good as new! She then found replacement arms for my back up pair. This took quite a bit of time and effort on her part as well as some creative problem solving. She went way beyond what my expectations were. Her work and attention to detail were much appreciated. I told her she needed a raise!

  I had a mixed experience during my visit to this optometrist’s office. The front office staff was very welcoming, kind, and professional from the moment I arrived. The assistant who conducted my preliminary exam was especially wonderful—she was thoughtful, engaging, professional, and had a genuinely sweet sense of humor that made the process comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately, my experience shifted when I met with Dr. Danz. I found him to be somewhat confrontational and difficult to engage with. Throughout the exam, his tone felt defensive, and the way questions were asked made the interaction uncomfortable rather than collaborative. To end on a positive note, Angel, who assisted me with trying on contacts, was excellent—very kind, patient, and professional. He made sure I felt comfortable and supported before I left. Overall, the office has a strong and friendly support staff, but the experience with the doctor impacted what could have otherwise been a very positive visit.

  Everyone was really great! From the front desk, to the doctor all the way to the employee that helped me pick out glasses and go over insurance! Everyone was very friendly and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I was very happy with my experience! 🙂 Edited: Though the overall experience in actually getting my eye test and purchasing the glasses was good, I will say that if you’re looking for a quick turnaround, this isn’t the place. I was told that I would receive my glasses within 7 to 10 days. Today I spoke to them as I still have not received my glasses over two weeks later and they said the projected date would be the end of this week making it three weeks.
