I arrived and cannot tell you how happy I was when Rachel took care of my hearing test and going over the options I had. Rachel was very thorough in the hearing test and made me feel quite at ease during the entire procedure. I know can highly recommend Rachel to anyone else needing a hearing aids.

After going over everything in great detail and explaining my hearing loss and checking my hearing aids he was able to diagnose that my aids weren't functioning properly even after being at beltone a week before. Once he put the hearing aids on I was just astounded at how welI heard and was hearing things I haven't heard in forever. So far the care I have receivedhas been nothing short of Miracle
