- KKKathleen KDec 18, 20251.0If you are a legitimate chronic pain patient; do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Its not worth the constant headaches. They won’t fill your pain Rx anyway; even if you’ve been a customer for years. I have been a nurse for 30 years and have dealt with numerous pharmacies both as a nurse and later a patient. I have NEVER encountered so much ridiculousness. Not like this. I honestly don’t understand why this pharmacy stands out from the crowd in such a bad way. It’s bizarre. They are definitely not for you as a patient.
- ZZZDec 16, 20251.0HEB Pharmacy has decided they are no longer accepting prescriptions for controlled substances at all, as conveyed directly by Trish at the pharmacy, not through any signage, notice, or advance communication.--Refusing all new prescriptions of this type—without transparency or alternatives—is not good customer service, which is the reason I had planned to switch to this place, especially from a pharmacy that promotes itself as patient-focused. Since I’m already required to go to another store for my medications, I won’t be shopping at this HEB anymore. Very disappointing experience with Health Expectations Breakdown!
