  I went in as a walk in and I signed in. Appointment said 10:30am which it was like a 2.5 hour wait. There were no appointments coming in for 25 minutes which was wasted that I could have been called in to take my blood work. You could hear nurses just talking and those 25 minutes wasted while myself and others could have been called in. There were no scheduled appointments being attend while we waited and no one was being attended. Not sure how things are run but to me, it was a loss of valuable time and money Quest lost while the nurses could have attended to other patients. Everyone wins….

  I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the facility was clean and well-organized. The wait time was minimal, and the technician made the blood draw quick and painless, which I really appreciated. The entire process was efficient from check-in to finish. I’ll definitely be choosing this location for my future labs!

  Consistently rude, consistently slow, and consistently disrespectful of your time. 10/10 worst place I’ve ever had to do labs at, no matter if you have an appointment or not
