  I can see that this place has amazing customer service! Friendly, helpful, and had many frames and lenses available. I gave them my prescription and my four pairs of glasses were made and done within an hour!

  The level of customer service is top tier and I love the fact that these beautiful people have knowledge of what they are doing and the care , time and effort they put into each person is absolutely above and beyond. Thank ya'll so much.

  I recently visited Eyemart Express to purchase new glasses. The prescription itself was done correctly and I’m very happy with the accuracy of the lenses. I also really like the frames I chose. However, the overall customer experience was disappointing. While the employees were generally polite, I was uncomfortable with the sales approach. I was very clear about the exact lenses I wanted, yet additional lens enhancements were still added in as if I hadn’t declined them. When I reiterated that I did not want polycarbonate lenses, the associate rolled her eyes and sighed loudly, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. When I returned to pick up my glasses, the associate assisting me was friendly, but I was given a random case instead of the properly branded hard case that should have come with my designer frames. I didn’t notice until later and do not feel like making another trip back to correct it. Although my insurance is in-network and the prescription itself was perfect, the experience left a bad impression. I will likely choose another retailer the next time I need to replace my glasses. Highly disappointed.
