  I ended up walking out. The waiting area was dim and unclean, but what really pushed me to leave was the receptionist’s attitude—she was incredibly rude. At first, I wondered if I was just being overly sensitive, but it wasn’t just me—she responded with attitude to everyone who approached her with a question. I 100% recommend you go to a different location.

  Positive the Doctor was nice. Negative 1. I got my glasses from them and when I did, my right eye was way off. Had to go back in and told the Dr I could not see with my glasses. He checked them and gave me a new prescription everything had changed. 2. They remade the lens and I could see far great but I could not see my computer or read clearly with them. Was getting headaches so I called back they got me in. This time I took my laptop and Dr. checked and changed my prescription again. 3. Now they are saying I have to pay full price to get them fixed. I appreciate the Dr. finally getting my prescription correct but not happy now I have to pay for a full set to get them in the correct prescription. This is crazy! And to top it off... when I went in this last time, there was a gentleman that came in and said that there was something wrong with his glasses and it was the right eye. WOW!

  Have specialist and great diagnostic equipment for your eyes. Appointments on site for specialist.
