  3/26/26 - This place was great. At first I was supposed to go to BSWH lab to get lab work done for my Dr, but when they called me and told me my out of pocket expense was $262, I was like ohhhhhh heck no. Absolutely NOT paying that. Come to find out, Quest Diagnostics was my insurance’s (BCBSofTexas) PREFERRED lab site. So I was told to go there. I asked my Dr to send my referral over to Quest. I booked an appt online, which was super easy. Got to Quest, this place is very secure, check in process was super easy as well, lobby was nice and clean. Didn’t have to wait long. Got called back and Amanda took care of me. And when she told me I only had to pay $32……. I was like WHAT! WOW! I literally high fived her and gladly pad my bill. She was so sweet. Very friendly. Very attentive. Answered ALL my questions, and I had a lot of questions (it was my first time here) She did an outstanding job, above and beyond. I would highly recommend Quest. I’m telling all my friends and family about this place. No lie, BEST lab visit I ever had. Thanks Amanda for making my Thursday morning a great start. Kudos to you and your team.

  My time frame for waiting was only 5 mins after my appt was scheduled. My phelabotamist name was Secta( not sure of the spelling) she was very helpful and informative about my tests and pricing. Very professional and informative. My labs here were alot cheaper than at my doctors office with my insurance bubs. I was in and out within 7 to 8 mins. I am also a talker and she answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely go back to quest at this location for any other labs needed in the future.

  Do not check in and choose the text phone option and then walk out. I received 1 single text while waiting in my car in the parking lot walked in 2min later and they said they called my name for over 10min and took me off the list. This is a known issue and they said sign in again and we will get to you in the next hour. What a joke!
